| Attention all users Thank you very much for your continued support of Bridgestone products. Harsh changes in the economic environment since the beginning of the year have resulted in the rapid increase of materials and parts, and although we have continued to do everything within our power to improve productivity and keep costs as low as possible to provide stable prices, we have reached a stage in which it is very difficult to maintain prices through internal initiatives alone. As a consequence of this, from August 01 of this year we have been forced to raise the retail price of some of our bicycles, as listed below.
